English translation
An Investigator (C) shall be placed on probation and may be dismissed by a decision of the Minister of Interior, after obtaining the opinion of the Director-General of Investigations, if proven unfit to discharge the duties of the post. The investigator shall be deemed confirmed in service upon promotion to the higher post, and the probationary period shall count towards the period of service.

رأي مدير عام التحقيقات إذا ثبت أنه غير صالح للقيام بأعباء وظيفته ويعتبر مثبتا
