English translation
No factory for weapons or ammunition may be established without obtaining the approval of the Ministries of Interior and Defense and coordinating with the other entities concerned. If this activity is undertaken without a license, the materials and machinery used shall be seized and confiscated and the place where the activity is carried out shall be administratively closed. A person licensed to manufacture, repair, trade in or import weapons or ammunition shall take all necessary measures to safeguard lives and property during their transport, storage or repair.

لا يجوز إنشاء مصنع للأسلحة أو الذخائر إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة وزارتي
الداخلية والدفاع وبالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية الأخرى. وفي حالة مباشرة هذا
النشاط دون ترخيص تضبط المواد والآلات المستعملة وتصادر ويغلق المكان الذي
يزاول فيه النشاط إدارياً. وعلى المرخص له بتصنيع أو إصلاح أو الاتجار أو استيراد
الأسلحة أو الذخائر أن يتخذ كافة الوسائل الضرورية للمحافظة على سلامة الأرواح
