Without prejudice to any more severe penalty stipulated in any other law, anyone who violates the provisions of the first paragraph of Article (2) of this Decree-Law, or possesses, holds, or uses silencers, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not exceeding five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. The penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years and a fine of not less than two thousand dinars and not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties, for anyone who possesses, holds, or personally uses a cannon or a machine gun. These penalties shall be doubled in the event of recidivism. In all circumstances, confiscation of the weapons and ammunition that are the subject of the offense shall be ordered. )2(

مــع عــدم الإخلال بــأي عقوبة أشــد منصــوص عليهــا في أي قانون آخــر، يعاقب بالحبس
مــدة لا تزيــد على خمــس ســنوات وبغرامــة لا تقــل عــن ألــف دينــار ولا تجاوز خمســة الاف
دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين كل مــن خالــف أحــكام الفقــرة الأولي مــن المادة مــن هــذا المرســوم بالقانــون، أو حــاز أو أحــرز أو اســتعمل كاتمــات الصوت
وتكــون العقوبــة الحبــس الــذي لا تزيــد مدتــه عــن ســبع ســنوات والغرامــة التــي لا تقــل
عــن ألفــي دينــار ولا تجــاوز عشرة آلاف دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين كل مــن حــاز
أو أحــرز أو اســتعمل بنفســه مدفعــا أو مدفعــا رشاشــا.
وتضاعــف هــذه العقوبــات في حالــة العــودة. وفي جميــع الاحــوال يحكــم بمصــادرة
