English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed in another law, anyone who intentionally instils terror in another person by carrying weapons, bladed weapons, or dangerous air weapons provided for in this Decree-Law in a public place shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than one year and not exceeding two years and a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not exceeding two thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. The penalty shall be doubled in the event of recidivism. In all cases, confiscation of the weapons, bladed weapons, or dangerous air weapons that are the subject of the offence shall be ordered.

مــع عــدم الإخلال بأيــة عقوبــة أشــد منصــوص عليهــا في قانــون آخــر، يعاقــب بالحبــس
مــدة لا تقــل عــن ســنة ولا تزيــد على ســنتين وبغرامــة لا تقــل عــن ألــف دينــار ولا تزيــد
على ألــفين دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين كل مــن تعمــد إيقــاع الــروع تجــاه شــخص
آخــر عــن طريــق حمــل الأســلحة، أو الأســلحة البيضــاء، أو الأســلحة الهوائيــة الخطــرة
المنصــوص عليهــا في هــذا المرســوم بالقانــون في مــكان عــام.
وتضاعف العقوبة في حالة العود.
وفي جميــع الأحــوال يحكــم بمصــادرة الأســلحة، أو الأســلحة البيضــاء، أو الأســلحة
