English translation
Anyone who violates the provision of Article 14 of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months and a fine not exceeding five hundred dinars, or by either of these two penalties, without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed in any other law.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسمائة دينار أو
بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يخالف حكم المادة ١٤ من هذا القانون وذلك مع
