English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed in another law, anyone violating the provisions of the second paragraph of Article (2) of this Decree-Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than six months and not more than one year and a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than one thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties. The penalty shall be doubled in the event of recidivism. In all cases, confiscation of the bladed and blunt weapons and dangerous air weapons constituting the subject matter of the offence shall be ordered.

مــع عــدم الإخلال بأيــة عقوبــة أشــد منصــوص عليهــا في قانــون آخــر، يعاقــب بالحبــس
مــدة لا تقــل عــن ســتة أشــهر ولا تزيــد على ســنة وبغرامــة لا تقــل عــن خمسمائــة دينــار
ولا تزيــد على ألــف دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين، كل مــن يخالــف أحــكام الفقــرة
الثانيــة مــن المادة مــن هــذا المرســوم بالقانــون.
وتضاعف العقوبة في حالة العود.
وفي جميــع الأحــوال يحكــم بمصــادرة الأســلحة البيضــاء، والأســلحة الهوائيــة الخطــرة
