English translation
The licensee must commence broadcasting activities within two years from the date of obtaining the licence. The Ministry may extend this period by a maximum of six months if the licensee provides acceptable reasons.

يجب مباشرة المرخص له أعمال البث خلال سنتين من تاريخ حصوله على الترخيص،
