If the bankruptcy judge has appointed an interim trustee to manage the debtor’s business and assets, the trustee shall cease managing the debtor’s assets and business and hand them over to the debtor within ten days from the date of issuance of the decision opening restructuring proceedings, unless the bankruptcy judge decides otherwise.

إذا كان قاضي الإفلاس قد عين أميناً مؤقتاً لإدارة أعمال المدين وأمواله، يتوقف
الأمين عن إدارة أموال المدين وأعماله ويسلمها للمدين خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ
صدور القرار بافتتاح إجراءات إعادة الهيكلة، وذلك ما لم يقرر قاضي الإفلاس
