English translation
The issuance of a decision opening restructuring proceedings shall result in a stay of claims from the day following the date of issuance of that decision until the date of ratification of the restructuring plan. The Bankruptcy Department shall provide the debtor, upon his request, with a certificate of the stay of those claims.

يترتب على صدور قرار افتتاح إجراءات إعادة الهيكلة وقف المطالبات اعتباراً من
اليوم التالي لتاريخ صدور هذا القرار وحتى تاريخ التصديق على خطة إعادة الهيكلة،
