Article 105 of Bankruptcy Law

The Bankruptcy Administration shall notify the trustee of the decision appointing him within ten days from the date of its issuance, and shall provide him with all information available to it concerning the debtor. Within ten days from the date of his notification of the decision appointing him, the trustee shall do the following: 1 - Publish a summary of the decision issued to commence proceedings, provided that the notice includes an invitation to creditors to submit their claims and supporting documents and deliver them to him within a period not Index of the Law 1413 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 Promulgating the Bankruptcy Law exceeding one month from the date of the notice. 2 - Notify all creditors whose electronic addresses are known to him to provide him with claims and documents within one month from the date of publication of the summary of the decision to commence proceedings. The debtor shall provide the trustee with any additional details of which he has not notified the Bankruptcy Administration, whether concerning his creditors or the amounts of debts, and details of any contracts under performance and any pending or ongoing judicial proceedings to which the debtor is a party, within the period specified by the trustee.
