Article 107 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee may request any data or information relevant to the debtor’s assets or business from any person possessing that information. Every person possessing information concerning the debtor’s assets or business shall provide it to the trustee within ten days from the date on which it is requested from that person, including any documents and accounting books relating to the debtor. The trustee shall maintain the confidentiality of any information relating to the debtor and refrain from disclosing it outside the framework of the procedures set out in this Law, except for information that must be disclosed pursuant to the law, regulations, or instructions of regulatory authorities. If any person refuses to provide security with the requested information, the trustee may refer the matter to the bankruptcy judge to determine the importance of the information that may be requested and order its provision to the trustee.
