English translation
A creditor who has received an advance payment on account of his claim from the debtor's guarantors or third parties shall deduct what he has received from any claim he submits to the trustee. Any of the debtor's guarantors or third parties may submit his claims to the trustee up to the amount he paid in discharge of the debtor's debt.
