English translation
The debtor and every creditor, even if its name does not appear on the list of debts, may lodge a grievance with the Bankruptcy Administration concerning the debts included in the list, within ten days from the date of publication of the list. The Bankruptcy Court shall have jurisdiction to determine the grievance.

للمدين ولكل دائن حتى لو لم يرد اسمه بقائمة الديون أن يتظلم لإدارة الإفلاس
من الديون المدرجة في القائمة، خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ إعلان القائمة، وتختص
