Article 113 of Bankruptcy Law

The Bankruptcy Judge may, before deciding the grievance or the appeal brought against the judgment rendered thereon, decide to admit the debt provisionally in an amount that he determines, unless criminal proceedings have been instituted in respect thereof. The Bankruptcy Judge shall approve the list of creditors whose debts have been provisionally admitted, and the Bankruptcy Department shall notify the trustee thereof.
