Except for the provisions contained in this Section, the provisions contained in the Part concerning preventive settlement shall apply to approval of the restructuring plan, to grievances against such approval, to ratification of the plan and the effect of such ratification, and also to implementation of the plan and termination of its proceedings before its implementation. فيما عدا الأحكام الواردة بهذا الفرع ، تسري على الموافقة على خطة إعادة الهيكلة
وعلى التظلم من هذه الموافقة وعلى التصديق على الخطة وأثر هذا التصديق وكذلك
على تنفيذ الخطة وإنهاء إجراءاتها قبل تنفيذها الأحكام الواردة في الباب الخاص
بالتسوية الوقائية.
