Article 120 of Bankruptcy Law

Within the time limit specified in Article 117 of this Law, the debtor shall notify the trustee, the Bankruptcy Committee—if the indebtedness is subject to its supervision—the representative of the Creditors' Committee and the members of the Committee of the plan and its attachments. The representative of the Creditors' Committee and each of its members shall notify the class of creditors that he represents of the plan and its attachments no later than the end of the working day following the date on which he receives the plan and its attachments.
