Article 118 of Bankruptcy Law

The restructuring plan must include the following: 1 - The debtor's plan for carrying on his activity. 2 - Classification of the categories of creditors, the amounts due to each of them, and the security provided against each debt and its value. - Confirmation of the viability of the debtor's business as a going concern. 4 - The debtor's activities that must be suspended or terminated. h - Terms and conditions for settling any obligations. 6 - Any guarantees for proper implementation of the plan required to be provided by the debtor, if any. - Any offer to purchase all or part of the debtor's assets as an existing and operating business» Law Index 1416 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 promulgating the Bankruptcy Law or in parts, if any. - Grace periods and payment discounts. 9 - The extent of the possibility of converting debt into interests or shares in the capital of any company or enterprise. 10- The extent of the possibility of consolidating, creating, releasing, selling or replacing any security if necessary to implement the plan. 11 - A proposed period or periods for repayment of the entire debt. 12- The extent of the debtor's need for financing during the period of implementation of the plan, and the purposes of that financing and its security. 13 - The mechanism by which creditors and the trustee monitor implementation of the plan, the reports to be submitted concerning its implementation, and the dates for submission and contents of those reports. 14 - Any other matters that the debtor considers useful in implementing the restructuring proposal and considers should be included in the proposal.
