Article 121 of Bankruptcy Law

The plan may be based on the debtor relinquishing all or some of its assets in exchange for settlement of all or some of its debts, and consequently paying all the debtor’s debts in full in kind or in cash, or paying part of them in kind or in cash and discharging the remainder or rescheduling the remainder so that the debtor is released from all or part of the debt. The plan must be approved by the extraordinary general meeting of the debtor joint-stock company, or the equivalent of the extraordinary general meeting in other companies.
