English translation
The articles of this subdivision shall apply to the party contracting with the debtor in repurchase agreements, if the contracting party has acquired ownership of an item of the debtor's assets in exchange for granting the debtor a sum of money and the debtor has retained the right to recover that item if he pays a sum of money to the contracting party within a specified period.

المتعاقد قد تملك شيء من أموال المدين مقابل منح المدين مبلغ من المال واحتفظ
