English translation
If several persons are liable for a single debt, and a decision opening proceedings is issued in respect of one of them concerning that debt, that decision shall have no effect in respect of the other obligors unless otherwise stipulated. If the preventive settlement proposal, restructuring plan, or composition concerning the indebtedness in respect of which the decision opening proceedings was issued is ratified, its terms shall apply to the other obligors.

إذا وجد جملة ملتزمين بدين واحد، وصدر قرار بافتتاح الإجراءات بشأن أحدهم
في هذا الدين، لم يترتب على هذا القرار أثر بالنسبة إلى الملتزمين الآخرين ما لم ينص
على غير ذلك.
وإذا تم التصديق على مقترح التسوية الوقائية أو خطة إعادة الهيكلة أو الصلح الخاص
بالمديونية التي صدر بشأنها قرار افتتاح الإجراءات ، تسري شروطه على الملتزمين
