If a decision opening proceedings is issued in respect of all persons liable for a single debt simultaneously, the creditor may participate in each proceeding concerning each obligor for the whole of his debt until he recovers it in full, including principal, interest, and expenses. If the total received by the creditor exceeds his debt and its accessories, the excess shall revert to the assets of the debtor guaranteed by the others according to the order of their obligations in the debt. If no such order exists, the excess shall revert to the assets of the debtors that paid more than their share of the debt. Third Subdivision The Estate

إذا صدر قرار افتتاح إجراءات بالنسبة لجميع الملتزمين بدين واحد دفعة واحدة،
جاز للدائن أن يشترك في كل إجراءات خاصة بكل ملتزم بكل دينه إلى أن يستوفيه
بتمامه من أصل وفوائد ومصروفات.
وإذا كان مجموع ما حصل عليه الدائن يزيد على دينه وتوابعه عادت الزيادة إلى أموال
المدين الذي يكون مكفولاً من الآخرين بحسب ترتيب التزاماتهم في الدين، فإذا لم
يوجد هذا الترتيب عادت الزيادة إلى أموال المدينين التي دفعت أكثر من حصتها
