Set-off may not be effected between debts incurred after the decision opening proceedings unless this is pursuant to implementation of a preventive settlement proposal or restructuring plan, or pursuant to a decision of the bankruptcy judge, issued within ten days from the date an application to that effect is submitted to him by the trustee or the creditor.

لا يجوز إجراء المقاصة بين ديون ترتبت بعد قرار افتتاح الإجراءات ما لم يكن
ذلك بناء على تنفيذ مقترح التسوية الوقائية أو خطة إعادة الهيكلة أو بناء على قرار
قاضي الإفلاس، الذي يصدر خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ تقديم طلب إليه بذلك
