English translation
The balance of the debt due to the creditor after set-off shall be included among the debtor’s debts and shall occupy the rank occupied by the original debt. The balance due to the debtor shall likewise be included among the debtor’s property and shall be paid to the person managing the debtor’s property and business.

يدخل الباقي من الدين المستحق للدائن بعد إجراء المقاصة ضمن ديون المدين
ويحتل المرتبة التي كان يحتلها الدين الأصلي، كما يدخل الباقي المستحق للمدين
