English translation
A person conventionally subrogated to the creditor may not invoke set-off between the rights transferred to him from the creditor and the debts he owes to the debtor. He shall discharge the debtor's entitlements in accordance with his agreement with the debtor and shall take the place of the creditor who assigned his rights to him in the proceedings against the debtor. لا يجوز لمن حل حلول اتفاقي محل الدائن أن يتمسك بإجراء المقاصة بين ما آل
إليه من حقوق من الدائن وبين ما عليه من ديون تجاه المدين، وعليه أن يؤدي
