Article 227 of Bankruptcy Law

Subject to the provision of the preceding Article, the Bankruptcy Judge shall issue his decision within ten days from the date the application for permission is submitted. If he grants permission, the creditor or trustee must ensure that the assets securing the debtor's debts are not sold or their ownership transferred at 10% or more below their market value during the two months preceding the sale or transfer of ownership; otherwise, he shall obtain new permission from the Bankruptcy Judge to sell or acquire ownership at that value.
