English translation
The Bankruptcy Administration shall notify the Bankruptcy Committee of applications to commence proceedings and their attachments and of every flight and measure taken therein, within ten days from the date of submission of those applications to the Bankruptcy Administration or the taking of the decision or measure.

تخطر إدارة الإفلاس لجنة الإفلاس بطلبات افتتاح الإجراءات ومرفقاتها وبكل فرار
وإجراء يتخذ فيها، وذلك خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ تقديم تلك الطلبات لإدارة
