Article 25 of Bankruptcy Law

Within ten days from the date on which it is notified of the application, unless the bankruptcy judge specifies a shorter or longer period for it, the Bankruptcy Committee shall assess the debtor’s position in relation to indebtedness subject to its supervision and submit a report thereon to the Bankruptcy Department containing the following matters: (1) The extent to which preventive settlement or restructuring is possible or not. (2) Whether or not the debtor’s assets are sufficient to cover restructuring costs. Whether or not urgent precautionary measures must be taken, and the justification therefor. (4) Whether the debtor is capable of managing his business and assets himself, or whether his interests and those of the creditors require that management of the debtor’s business and assets be entrusted to a trustee. h The name of the trustee proposed for appointment for restructuring or bankruptcy and his fees.
