English translation
The Bankruptcy Judge may summon any person possessing information relevant to the application. He may order that any natural or legal person be joined in the proceedings provided for in this Law under conditions providing appropriate and sufficient protection for creditors if that person's assets are intermingled with the debtor's assets in a manner that makes them difficult to separate, or if the Bankruptcy Judge considers that it would not be practical or cost-effective to commence separate proceedings in respect of those persons.

يجوز لقاضي الإفلاس أن يستدعي أي شخص يحوز معلومات ذات صلة بالطلب.
ويجوز له أن يأمر بإدخال أي شخص طبيعي أو معنوي في الإجراءات المنصوص
عليها في هذا القانون وفقاً لشروط توفر حماية ملائمة وكافية للدائنين إذا كانت
أموال ذلك الشخص تتداخل مع أموال المدين بشكل يصعب فصله، أو في حال
