Article 30 of Bankruptcy Law

The Bankruptcy Judge may, on his own initiative or upon an application by the debtor, a creditor, the trustee or other interested parties, amend the provisional date of cessation of payments up to the date of approval of the list of debts. After expiry of this time limit, the date fixed for cessation of payments shall become final. In all cases, the date of cessation of payments may not be backdated to more than two years before the date of issuance of the decision to commence proceedings.
