Article 27 of Bankruptcy Law

Except in cases where the application to open proceedings is submitted by the debtor, the applicant Law Index 1393 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 Promulgating the Bankruptcy Law may withdraw it at any time before the Bankruptcy Judge issues a decision determining it or takes any conservatory measures concerning it. The Bankruptcy Judge shall issue his decision closing the application unless another person entitled to submit an application under this Law has submitted another application or a memorandum responding to the application in which he expressed his wish to proceed with the proceedings.
