Article 26 of Bankruptcy Law

The Bankruptcy Department shall notify the debtor of the application within ten days from the date of its submission if it was submitted by someone else. The debtor shall submit his response to the application within ten days from the date of notification and provide all information, data, and documents specified in Article 20 of this Law, unless he requests the bankruptcy judge to exempt him from providing the data, documents, and information because the conditions for admitting the application are not met. If the bankruptcy judge orders the debtor to provide the aforementioned data, information, and documents, he shall provide them within the period specified by the bankruptcy judge. The Bankruptcy Department shall also, during the period referred to in the first paragraph, notify the creditors whose particulars are listed in the application. Any of them may respond to the application within ten days from the date of notification.
