Article 33 of Bankruptcy Law

Within ten days from the date of issuance of the bankruptcy judge's decision to commence proceedings, reject them, or declare them inadmissible, the Bankruptcy Department shall publish and announce the decision, notify the parties concerned thereof, disclose it on the Kuwait Stock Exchange if the debtor is listed thereon, and instruct the debtor to disclose it on his website, unless the bankruptcy judge decides that any of these methods or other methods shall suffice. The bankruptcy judge may decide to announce the decision in a daily newspaper published in a foreign country if a substantial part of the debtor's creditors, assets, or business is in that country, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the bankruptcy judge.
