If the Bankruptcy Judge decides to accept the opening of restructuring or bankruptcy declaration proceedings, he shall appoint, in the same decision, the trustee nominated by the Bankruptcy Committee and whose fees it assessed in accordance with the provisions of this Law. The Bankruptcy Judge may, upon a proposal from the Bankruptcy Committee, appoint one or more trustees from among persons other than those licensed by or registered with the Authority, whenever this is in the interests of the debtor and the creditors.

إذا قرر قاضي الإفلاس قبول افتتاح الإجراءات بإعادة الهيكلة أو شهر الإفلاس،
يعين في ذات القرار الأمين الذي رشحته لجنة الإفلاس وقدرت أتعابه وفقاً لأحكام
هذا القانون.
ويجوز لقاضي الإفلاس بناءً على اقتراح من لجنة الإفلاس أن يعين أمينا أو أكثر من
غير الأشخاص المرخص لهم من الهيئة أو المسجلين لديها، متى كان ذلك لمصلحة
