Article 267 of Bankruptcy Law

Any person with an interest may lodge a grievance before the bankruptcy judge when the debtor or trustee commits any of the following acts: 1 - If he fails to notify him to attend any creditors' meeting or fails to announce that meeting in accordance with the provisions of this Law. 2 - If he proposes to act or acts unfairly to harm his interests. - If he neglects or falls short in performing his duties or fails to exercise due care therein in accordance with established practices. - If he misuses or retains any funds or property belonging to the debtor, or breaches any obligation incumbent upon him in favor of the debtor.
