English translation
The grievance shall be submitted within ten days from the date on which the complainant became aware of the occurrence complained of. If that occurrence is subject to notification, announcement, or publication pursuant to this Law, the period for submitting the grievance shall begin on the date of notification of the complainant, announcement, or publication, whichever is earlier.

يقدم التظلم خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ علم المتظلم بالواقعة المتظلم منها، فإذا
كانت هذه الواقعة تخضع للإخطار أو الإعلان أو النشر وقفاً لهذا القانون، فيبدأ
