English translation
Any interested person may appeal the Bankruptcy Judge's decision before the Court of Appeal within one month from the date of notification, publication, or service of the decision. Judgments issued by the Bankruptcy Court may also be appealed before the Court of Appeal within one month from the date the judgment is issued.

لكل ذي مصلحة أن يطعن على قرار قاضي الإفلاس أمام محكمة الاستئناف خلال
شهر من تاريخ إخطاره بالقرار أو نشره أو إعلانه.
كما يجوز الطعن على الأحكام الصادرة عن محكمة الإفلاس أمام محكمة الاستئناف
