English translation
The Bankruptcy Administration shall refer the appeal file and the memoranda it has received to the Court of Appeal within ten days from the date of expiry of the period referred to in the last paragraph of the preceding Article, attaching a memorandum stating its opinion thereon. The appeal shall not result in a stay of the proceedings or of the judgment or decision appealed against, unless the Court decides otherwise. The Court’s judgment on the appeal shall be irrevocable and may not be challenged by any means of challenge. Judgments issued by the Court of Appeal shall be enforced on the basis of their draft and without service, and no Law Index 1451 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 Promulgating the Bankruptcy Law objection to their enforcement may be raised. تحيل إدارة الإفلاس ملف الطعن وما تسلمته من مذكرات إلى محكمة الاستئناف
خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ انتهاء المدة المشار إليها بالفقرة الأخيرة من المادة السابقة،
على أن ترفق به مذكرة برأيها فيه، ولا يترتب على الطعن وقف الإجراءات أو الحكم
أو القرار المطعون عليه ، ما لم تقرر المحكمة غير ذلك.
ويكون حكم المحكمة في الطعن باتاً لا يجوز الطعن عليه بأي طريق من طرق
الطعن.
تنفذ الأحكام الصادرة عن محكمة الاستئناف بموجب مسودتها وبغير إعلان، ولا
