English translation
A grievance shall not stay the proceedings unless the Bankruptcy Judge decides otherwise. The Bankruptcy Judge may request that the grievant provide security in rem, a bank guarantee issued by a bank operating in the State of Kuwait, or any other security determined by the Judge to secure against any harm likely to result from staying the proceedings. The grievant shall recover the security if the grievance is determined in his favor. Chapter Two Appeal

لا يترتب على التظلم وقف الإجراءات ما لم يقرر قاضي الإفلاس غير ذلك، ويجوز
القاضي الإفلاس أن يطلب من المتظلم تقديم كفالة عينية أو بنكية صادرة عن أحد
البنوك العاملة في دولة الكويت أو أي كفالة أخرى يقررها القاضي لضمان أي ضرر
يحتمل وقوعه نتيجة وقف الإجراءات.
