Article 273 of Bankruptcy Law

The appeal shall be submitted to the Bankruptcy Administration, which shall register it with the Court of Appeal, and the Court shall set a hearing to consider it within one month from the date of its submission. The Bankruptcy Administration shall notify the litigants of the appeal and notify the Bankruptcy Committee—if the appeal concerns indebtedness subject to its supervision—as well as the trustee and the supervisor if they have not been joined as parties, and anyone whom the bankruptcy judge considers should be notified, within a maximum of ten days from the date of submission of the appeal. The Bankruptcy Committee—as the case may be—and the trustee and the supervisor shall submit to the Bankruptcy Administration a memorandum of their opinion on the appeal within ten days from the date of their notification. Any interested person may submit to the Bankruptcy Administration, within the aforementioned period, a memorandum of his defence or opinion.
