Article 270 of Bankruptcy Law

The grievance shall be submitted to the Bankruptcy Department, which shall notify the trustee, the Bankruptcy Committee, the supervisor, and the debtor, if the grievance is submitted by someone else, thereof within ten days from the date of its submission. Any other person whose rights may be affected by the decision on the grievance shall also be notified thereof, as determined by the bankruptcy judge in this regard. The bankruptcy judge shall issue his decision on the grievance within ten days from the expiry of the period specified in the preceding paragraph.
