Article 276 of Bankruptcy Law

For the purposes of this Part, a manager shall mean the chief executive officer of a joint-stock company, the managers of a general partnership, a limited partnership, a limited liability company and a single-person company, and every person working for a legal person subject to the provisions of this Law who holds positions whose remit relates to the legal person's core activities, whether reporting directly to the legal person's chief executive officer or manager in the legal person's approved organizational structure, or reporting directly to persons who report to the chief executive officer or manager in the aforementioned organizational structure. The trustee, monitor and inspector shall be deemed public officials in relation to acts for which the laws prescribe a penalty or increase the penalty if committed by a public official.
