The trustee appointed pursuant to the provisions of this Law may submit to the Bankruptcy Department any application for a decision that would assist him in performing his task in the required manner. This includes, for example, an application to appoint or assign one or more trustees to assist him in any of the matters within his competence.

للأمين المعين وفق أحكام هذا القانون أن يتقدم لإدارة الإفلاس بأي طلب لاتخاذ
قرار من شأنه أن يساعده على أداء مهمته على الوجه المطلوب، ويشمل ذلك على
سبيل المثال، طلب تعيين أو ندب أمين أو أكثر لمساعدته في أي من الأمور المختص
