English translation
None of the following persons may be appointed as trustee: 1) A creditor. (2) A related party in relation to the debtor. Any person against whom a final and conclusive judgment has been rendered convicting him and imposing a penalty for a felony or a penalty for a misdemeanour involving dishonour or breach of trust, or for any of the offences provided for in this Law, or any misdemeanour concerning fraud in commercial transactions or affecting the national economy, unless he has been rehabilitated. لا يجوز تعيين أي من الأشخاص التاليين أميناً :
1) أحد الدائنين.
(۲) طرف ذو علاقة بالنسبة للمدين.
أي شخص صدر عليه حكم بات بإدانته بعقوبة جناية أو بعقوبة جنحة مخلة
بالشرف أو الأمانة أو في إحدى الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون أو أي
جنحة خاصة بالغش في المعاملات التجارية أو ماسة بالاقتصاد الوطني ما لم يرد
إليه اعتباره.
