Article 71 of Bankruptcy Law

The debtor shall deposit with the Bankruptcy Administration, within ten days after expiry of the period specified in the Law Index 1403 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 Promulgating the Bankruptcy Law preceding Article, a list of debt categories stating the type, amount and classification of each debt, the name of the creditor and his representative, his postal and electronic mail addresses, and the composition of the creditors’ committee, stating the names of the committee chairman and members, the category of debts represented by each member, and the member’s postal and electronic mail addresses. The Bankruptcy Judge shall issue a decision approving the committee’s composition within ten days from the date that composition is deposited. The Bankruptcy Administration shall notify the debtor, creditors, supervisor and Bankruptcy Committee—if the indebtedness is subject to its supervision—of that decision.
