Article 72 of Bankruptcy Law

The creditors’ committee shall, within ten days from the date on which it is notified of the decision forming the committee, identify the matters in which it delegates authority to the committee chairman and notify the debtor, the Bankruptcy Department and the Bankruptcy Committee, as applicable, thereof. From the date of this notification, creditors shall be notified of all matters of which the Law requires that they be notified through the creditors’ representative. The committee’s representative shall notify its members of the notifications he has received no later than the working day following the date of their receipt. The same rule shall apply to the representative of each class of debts in relation to the creditors of that class.
