English translation
The lessee shall use the leased premises in the manner agreed upon. If there is no agreement, the lessee shall use the premises in accordance with the purpose for which they were intended. The lessee may not make any alteration to the leased premises without the lessor’s permission. If the lessee makes an alteration thereto without permission, the lessor may demand that the lessee restore the premises to their former condition.

يلتزم المستأجر بأن يستعمل العين المؤجرة على النحو المتفق عليه فإن لم يكن هناك
اتفاق التزم أن يستعمل العين بحسب ما أعدت له.
ولا يجوز للمستأجر أن يحدث بالعين المؤجرة تغييرا بدون اذن المؤجر فان أحدث
بها تغييرا بدون اذن جاز للمؤجر مطالبته بإعادة العين الى الحالة التي كانت عليها.Ask about this article
