English translation
The lessee shall exercise, in preserving and using the leased property, the care that an ordinary person would exercise, and shall carry out tenant repairs arising from normal customary use, such as internal repairs to electrical connections, sanitary fixtures, doors and windows, or paintwork, unless otherwise agreed. The lessee shall be liable for any damage to or destruction of the property occurring during his enjoyment thereof if it arises from his negligence or his use of it in an uncustomary manner.

على المستأجر أن يبذل من العناية في المحافظة على العين المؤجرة وفي استعمالها ما
يبذله الشخص المعتاد وعليه اجراء الاصلاحات التأجيرية التي ترجع الى الاستعمال
العادي المألوف كالاصلاحات الداخلية في التوصيلات الكهربائية أو الادوات
الصحية أو الابواب والنوافذ أو الصبغ ما لم يكن هناك اتفاق على غير ذلك.
ويكون المستأجر مسئولا عما يصيب العين أثناء انتفاعه بها من تلف أو هلاك إذا
