English translation
The lessee shall not be entitled to sublet or assign the lease, in respect of all or any part of what the lessee has leased, except with the express written permission of the lessor.

لا يحق للمستأجر التأجير من الباطن ولا التنازل عن الايجار وذلك عن كل ما
