English translation
A violator in private housing who refuses to execute what the judgment ordered by way of removal or correction of works, demolition, restoration, beautification, or restoration of a thing to its original condition shall be punished by a fine of ten Kuwaiti dinars per day. For other uses, the violator shall be punished by a fine of one hundred Kuwaiti dinars per day, after the expiry of the period specified by the Municipality for execution of the judgment. The fine shall be multiplied according to the number of violations. The period prescribed for execution in respect of the new owner shall begin from the date ownership is transferred to him, and the fines pertaining to those violations shall apply to him.

يعاقب المخالف في السكن الخاص والذي يمتنع عن تنفيذ ما قضى به الحكم
من إزالة أو تصحيح الأعمال أو الهدم أو الترميم أو التجميل أو رد الشيء إلى أصله
بغرامة قيمتها عشرة دنانير كويتية يومياً، وفيما عدا ذلك من استعمالات يعاقب
المخالف بغرامة مائة دينار كويتي يومياً، وذلك بعد انتهاء المدة التي تحددها
البلدية لتنفيذ الحكم، وتتعدد الغرامة بتعدد المخالفات، وتبدأ المدة المقررة
للتنفيذ على المالك الجديد من تاريخ انتقال الملكية إليه، وتطبق في شأنه الغرامات
