English translation
The Director-General or such of his deputies as he authorizes must take measures to stop works that violate building regulations. By a decision of his or of such of his deputies as he authorizes, the necessary measures must be taken to disconnect electricity and water from the violating building, from the date of issuance of the final judgment until the violation is removed.

يجب على المدير العام أو من يفوضه من نوابه اتخاذ إجراءات وقف الأعمال
المخالفة لنظم البناء، ويجب بقرار منه أو من يفوضه من نوابه اتخاذ الإجراءات
اللازمة لقطع التيار الكهربائي والماء عن المبنى المخالف وذلك من تاريخ صدور
